Charles E. Tempio, Esq practices law in the areas of real estate, municipal, and personal injury.
A graduate of Bloomfield College at Montclair State University ('03) and Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School ('08), Charles brings extensive legal expertise to the firm. He served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Joseph R. Rosa, J.S.C., and the Hon. Deborah Ustas, J.S.C., in Bergen County.
Charles is admitted to practice in both State and Federal Courts in New Jersey and is an active member of the Passaic County Bar Association and the New Jersey Bar Association.
Diana A. Gasparini, Esq.
Practicing Real Estate Transactions
Diana A. Gasparini, Esq. is a partner in the Law Office of Charles E. Tempio, LLC, where she devotes 100 percent of her practice to real estate transactions. Diana is a graduate of NYU (’04) and Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Diana is admitted to practice law in both the New York and New Jersey and is a member of the New York Bar Association and the New Jersey Bar Association.
Charles and Diana reside in Wayne, New Jersey with their two daughters and their King Charles Cavalier, Remi.
